Enhancing competitive position in Korea and China
DUBLIN - 麻豆直播PLC (NYSE: APTV), a global technology company enabling the future of mobility, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of KUM, a leading provider of highly engineered connectors and cable management solutions for a range of harsh-environment automotive applications.

With a highly complementary footprint and product portfolio, KUM will be fully integrated into Aptiv’s existing Asia Pacific operations. The transaction is expected to be accretive to EPS in 2018, and terms are consistent with those announced on May 2.
